Why do I want this kit?

Today's newer Quads have helped the problem by doubling up the single row stock bearing on the drive side. However, now the brake side wears out. The aftermarket carriers have solved this problem years ago by using a single twin row bearing. Thru research w/ the bearing manufacturer I discovered the single row bearing that the Quads come with from the factory can only take load from one direction. The single twin row bearing can take load from two directions, giving them longer life. Therefore, I develop a way to put these twin row bearings into the factory bearing carrier of the Honda 450R's. This has given the factory bearing carrier the same bearing strength as the aftermarket carriers with ½ the cost..
